I hired Spencer of Precision Land Management to install Drinking Post automatic waterers for our horses. He also converted a horse field to a “dry lot” for me.
Spencer went above and beyond with his communication before, during and after the Project completion. He kept me apprised of costs as I kept adding things to his work load and did lovely work.
After the installation he has been prompt and responsive (and patient!) in answering questions. A wonderful experience!

Spencer is very knowledgeable, super communicative and did a great job helping us with some water management and creating a small sand arena out of a grass arena. Prices are competitive and he’s easy to schedule and prompt. 100% recommend!!

Spencer is a personable and skillful hard worker. His abilities with the excavator and skid steer are amazing to behold. From tree removal to gravel grading he moves fast, efficiently, and confidently through the job. We were impressed with his foresight in the job, and his reasonable and realistic pricing compared with other bids that we got. Additionally, his installation of the septic system was also efficient, accurate, and professional. I wish we had something else to hire him for, but we’re finished with our property projects for a while. We highly recommend his “precision land management.”
