We had Precision Land Management remove an in-ground pool removed (not fill-in, completely remove). Spencer was a great communicator (I had many questions) and honest in his dealings with us. We felt the price was fair for the work performed. We received three quotes, PLM’s quote was within our expectations. Truly, Spencer’s obvious understanding of our needs/desires and his expertise sold PLM. The work was performed according to agreed upon timing, and was well done - we even increased the scope a little as the project proceeded.

I would call Spencer again, if we had need for his services. I highly recommend PLM.

I had this contractor regrade the base of a horse riding ring and spread sand. He also
regraded my parking area that was holding some water and spread fresh rock. I was satisfied with the work. He’s upfront about costs and quotes are provided beforehand, which is appreciated.
